Mattia is the pilot product in the collection of the same name and combines the non-stick properties of an enamel coating with the robustness of a cast-iron pan. The proportions are balanced, and the straight walls make optimum use of the pan’s volume and cooking surface. A long handle ensures a secure grip and easy swivelling, while a short handle on the opposite side makes lifting easier. The pan also has a practical pouring spout.
